RECON

Finding the right fabric is always the starting point in our design process, and choosing the most ideal material for each styles’ intended use is the end-goal. That’s why we continuously look for the most innovative membrane technologies and durable yarns, new weaving techniques and non-toxic DWR’s. The drive to find the most exceptional materials never stops.

The Recon Fabric series is the result of this search. Through a partnership with a Japanese fabric and membrane supplier, we have been able to develop this series of proprietary fabrics with exceptional materials and performance.

Recon Elite 3L

The Recon Elite 3-Layer is an ultra-durable 4-way stretch fabric that prevents snow, sleet, and wind from penetrating the surface. This material offers superior waterproofing, comfort, and performance in our shell styles.

The face fabric on our insulated outerwear styles, the 100% recycled Recon Stretch 2L fabric provides waterproofing with the DWR treated face and hydrophilic membrane, high durability, and 4-way stretch mobility .

Ultralight yet durable, the abrasion resistant Recon Shield fabric is a tightly woven nylon ripstop with DWR coating, making it windproof and moisture resistant.

Used in our active insulation styles, this lightweight and stretchy fabric is extremely air-permeable and quick-drying. Mainly intended for high intensity endeavors, it has been treated with an acrylic coating to protect against light rain and snow.
